What we collect
When you request a place in a private preview, we collect the details you enter in the form: your full name, email address, country of residence, your phone or WhatsApp number (if you give one), the name of anyone who introduced you (if you give one), and anything you choose to tell us about your interest. We also record that you gave consent and when.
This website uses the Meta pixel, a measurement and advertising tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It places cookies on your device and tells Meta your IP address, which pages of this site you open and what you do on them. Meta may link that to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it to measure and target advertising. The pixel loads only if you accept it when the cookie choice appears on your first visit, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookie choice link at the foot of every page. We use no other analytics or advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.
Why we use it
- To review your request for a place in a private preview.
- To contact you about your request by email, or by phone or WhatsApp if you gave a number, to arrange a viewing, and to tell you about future private previews.
We use your details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
This website and its form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. in the United States, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Our email is handled by our email service provider. If we contact you on WhatsApp, those messages are carried by WhatsApp, a Meta service. These providers act on our instructions and may store data outside India and outside your country of residence. Meta Platforms, Inc. receives the website data described above and uses it for its own purposes as well as ours, under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you wish to hear from us about private previews, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you acquire a work, in which case we keep the records the law requires for that sale.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to preview@kalareserve.com and we will respond. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country. In India this is the Data Protection Board of India; in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the European Union, the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date above.
